Creditwrench has just posted in the CreditWrench forum of CreditWrench under the title of Original Creditor.

The letter came from a Credit Union not a 3rd party debt collector. This is why I decided I should ask whether or not we should treat this credit union as an original creditor or as a 3rd party debt collector.
