Depending on what state you are in there are some stringint consumer laws on repos. You need to check them out through your state consumer site. Florida laws are very tough on this.
Things such as where and when the car was sold who the car was sold to and for how much. You see generally they wholesale your car and then hit you with all costs plus the differance you owed on the car sooo you need to contact FMCC with a demand for this info and they need to provide it to you if not they maybe in violation of your state laws also you need to check the fair market value of the car when it was sold and see if they got that amout for it if not you may have cause for action,, as far as the CRA goes you can try but do not be suprised if the answer comes back as cofirmend.
