Your correct about the other procedures, other than just disputing. If they can't validate the debt (signature on the original contract) and only verify the debt (copy of statement) and the original address of the original creditor will the will this be enough to win a judgement ?
Not necessarily. Depends on how judges in your state have ruled on that very matter in the past. Do you have them on any violations of the FDCPA?
