Hello Everyone,

I am new to this forum. I have a couple of questions to ask you all? If you can help me out it would be a great help.

1) During 2001 and 2002 i had a few bad checks that i had written. And recently i graduated from college and ready to pay them off. Is there a way to increase my credit score by paying them off or do i need to something special so that they can delete the negative items and increase my score.

2) does capital one have the right to charge me interest even after they have charged off the account and how is the best possible way to deal with them
